Hirers Are to be over the age of 21 years and must accept full responsibility for the actions of the group whilst staying at/visiting the site.You should make yourself aware of the correct operation of equipment provided such as cookers, T.V, Microwave, Heating etc. An information booklet will be sent to you prior to your stay and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us. Bookings The period of hire will be a minimum of 7 nights beginning and ending on a Saturday. No part weeks or short breaks are available. On day of arrival you will have access after 4 pm. On day of departure you should vacate by 12 pm. This gives us time to prepare the home for the next hirer. A £60 deposit will secure a booking with the outstanding balance being paid not less than 4 weeks prior to your stay. If a short notice booking is made the full amount is immediately payable. Small/medium dogs are acceptable on prior arrangement and payment of £15 per week per dog. Payments Can be made by cheque or by direct bank transfer (details upon request). Cancellations Should you cancel after you have paid both the deposit and the outstanding amount(4 weeks prior to arrival), whilst we will make all reasonable efforts to relet the period booked, if we are unsucessful the whole amount is forfeit. Damage The holiday home is inspected after every hiring. Any damages, soiling or shortages will be the responsibility of the hirer. A reasonable charge for replacement, repair or cleaning (taking into account previous age and wear and tear) will be at our discretion. We would appreciate it if we are notified as soon as these events take place so we can effect remedial action asap. Addition information These terms and condition should be in conjunction with the information booklet which will be sent to you prior to your stay.
